Charangos

The Charango is an Andean instrument invented in Bolivia and has many different tunings. The Spanish brought guitars to Latin America and the Andean people integrated stringed instruments with their traditional music. The Charango and the Ronrojo were made originally from the shells of the armadillo. The Chrarango pictured below was carved in Ash with a Redwood soundboard. Prices available on request.
